Watermelon, Cucumber, Juice with Lime

A sweet combination of tart and refreshing flavors. Great choice for a quick pick me up during the day!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Watermelon, deseeded, and cubed.
  • 2 Lemons, juiced.
  • 4 Cucumbers, skinned and cut into 1/2inch slices.
  • Mint Leaves
  • Sugar
  • Agave Syrup or Honey

Directions:

  1. Add 1/2 of the watermelon, lemons, and cucumber to a blender and blend.
  2. Slowly add remaining ingredients and continue to blend until you reach a smooth consistency. Add a couple of mint leaves and blend.
  3. Pour a small, quarter sized amount of agave syrup on a plate and coat the tops of glasses.
  4. On a separate plate, sprinkle a layer of sugar over the plate. Coat the rims of the glass in the sugar.
  5. Sip and enjoy!
