Watermelon, Cucumber, Juice with Lime

A sweet combination of tart and refreshing flavors. Great choice for a quick pick me up during the day!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Watermelon, deseeded, and cubed.
- 2 Lemons, juiced.
- 4 Cucumbers, skinned and cut into 1/2inch slices.
- Mint Leaves
- Sugar
- Agave Syrup or Honey
Directions:
- Add 1/2 of the watermelon, lemons, and cucumber to a blender and blend.
- Slowly add remaining ingredients and continue to blend until you reach a smooth consistency. Add a couple of mint leaves and blend.
- Pour a small, quarter sized amount of agave syrup on a plate and coat the tops of glasses.
- On a separate plate, sprinkle a layer of sugar over the plate. Coat the rims of the glass in the sugar.
- Sip and enjoy!
