Carrot, Orange, and Lime Juice

Ingredients:
- 2 Pounds of carrots, skinned and cut into cubes.
- 2 oranges, peeled and cubed.
- 1 lime, juiced.
- Mint Leaves
- Sugar (Optional)
Directions:
- Add half the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend. Add remaining ingredients and continue to blend until desired consistency is reached. Add sugar if needed.
- Pour into glasses or a travel mug, garnish with mint leaves.
- Sip and Enjoy!
